Carlos was born in Mexico, and raised in Kentucky, his wife Jaquelyn born and raised here in Houston, TX. They have been married since 2012 and have 4 wonderful children. Jaquelyn first attended a church service on a Wednesday night in April of 2009 and was quickly captivated by the dedication of the congregation to Jesus and the message of hope the word of God brought, about two weeks later Pastor Carlos attended for the first time a church concert like no other concert he had experienced before, he was confronted with the gospel of Jesus Christ, and since then set out to seek answers and seek more of God.

A bit of Jaquelyn's Testimony - "I was introduced to Jesus as a young child yet at age 12 I began seeking other things in life but not too long after this, the seed planted in my heart as a child grew and God drew me back to church where I rededicated my life to Jesus at just 15 Years old and have never looked back since. In those short 3 years I experienced heartbreak and the emptiness the pleasures of this world will bring. Growing up without a father in the home was the biggest challenge I felt I had to overcome, the feeling of abandonment that drove me to do things I later regretted. My life did not revolve around drinking and partying (although it probably would have as I grew older) it revolved around hate, anger, bitterness and heartbreak to the point of feeling suicidal, I quickly learned how dangerous a life without Jesus is and how empty it can be, now I have found a Father in heaven who will never leave nor forsake me and I can trust his words are true, not only this, he has also forgiven me of all sin committed and has given me a new life full of joy. I am forever grateful to have been given the opportunity to receive Jesus in my life at a young age, God spared me from many unnecessary experiences of life and instead gave me a youth full of happiness and something great to remember, I also have a future to look forward to and an eternity to live with him in heaven.
